Welcome to Gold Mine Ranch a perfectly placed spacious Highlands home surrounded by Mountain View’s and room for the whole family, sleeps 14.

Gold Mine Ranch has an amazing outdoor space on 10 aces w/ Hot Tub, 2 fire pits,creek & outdoor dining. Home has 2 king suites one on main level each w/en-suite.  Family friendly space w/ game and bunk rooms. Beautiful peaceful mountain views. Easy access, paved, w/plenty of parking.  Convenient location, 8 miles from Downtown Highlands,1.9 miles from Highlands Waterfalls.

As you enter Gold Mine Ranch the living room greets you with a stacked stone gas fireplace for effortless ambiance and warmth. A large sofa and big screen television, along with a comfy fireside sitting area with two chairs and ottomans. Main Living Room opens into a secondary sitting area with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa and office space w/desk.

The 1st of the 4 bedrooms is the Bunk Room located just off the living room a clubhouse bunk bed and a day bed that can be extended by adding an additional twin mattress to make a King Size Bed, this bedroom accommodates 4.

As you continue thru the Living Room just past the office space on the left is a spacious main bathroom with a free-standing soaker tub and separate shower, along with new vanity.

The center of the house is the well equipped kitchen and dining room. The dining space is spacious and inviting, with bar, electric fireplace, & wine fridge. Kitchen has additional amenities like a stocked coffee/tea bar with a kuerig, Nepresso & drip coffee maker and is stocked with coffee & tea supplies to enjoy during your stay, including coffee, pods, tea, sugar & assorted creamer.

Just past the dining room is a large main floor king suite with ensuite bathroom, tv, separate sitting area and door to the back leading to the back deck. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and massaging shower system.

As you make your way thru the kitchen you will find the game room and family room space with large screen tv, fireplace, poker table, Pac-Man freestanding Arcade game and convertible game table with ping pong, pool and foosball. Along with all the game room fun is the kids camp bedroom with tent bunk bed.

Upstairs you will find a spacious, large wide open bedroom suite with King sized bed and full size day bed along with television, sitting area and it’s own full bathroom.

Enjoy the amazing mountain air outdoors. Gold Mine Ranch is on almost 10 acres, with a back deck space that has outdoor dining, large grill two fire pits along with space for Cornhole or Horseshoes. All of this allows you too effortlessly enjoy the amazing mountain air. Beautiful creek runs along property. End of the road is the beautiful Cullasaja River.

Upon your arrival everything will be ready for you.  Access to the home will be provided and available thru a keypad code.  

Gold Mine Ranch is very well furnished and has amenities for the entire family.  

All linens are provided with each bed having soft high thread count sheets, seasonal appropriate bedding, and extra pillows.  Towels, wash clothes & hand towels are also provided, some hung on the rack the remaining for use are located in the vanity cabinets or linen closet in the bathroom.  A welcome basket is provided upon check in with goodies to share and snack on.  Paper towel and toilet paper starters are provided depending on length of stay and number of guests will determine how long it will last, two rolls of Paper Towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.  Shampoo, conditioner and soap is also provided in each shower, along with laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent. We want you to feel at home and ready for your mountain vacation.

We kindly ask upon leaving daily please make sure all the doors are locked.  To lock the front door simple press the lock button.  

Please make sure the garbage is secured in the provided cans that are located outside in front of the garage door.

Trash pickup is every Friday, the trash must be in bags in the cans in the garage  in order for the trash to be picked up.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.  If during your stay the cans become too full, there is a trash drop off located off Highlands Rd heading towards Franklin.

This is a nonsmoking property, there is NO SMOKING inside the home or on any of the decks.  An additional cleaning fee will be issued if there is evidence of cigarette or other type of smoking at the property.  

Please return any furnishings that may have been moved for convenience before departure.
